Description
This is part of my work for "Skies of Fire" , Issue 4, made to further "flesh up" the world of the comic.

They are a "Lettre de marque" made to commission the main characters as Aquilan privateers and a page from the ship's log, detailing an incident that is depicted in the comic.

The Letter is based on real life examples of Letters of Marque from the Napoleonic war mixed with official US government consular documents from WW1. The seal is the same one I used on the Accords in Issue 3.

The ship's log is a mix of both wet-navy ships' logs and aircraft flight logs, as befits an airship. The "photographs" were drawn by the comic's main artist, Pablo Pepino , and coloured by me.
