Well, what the title implies is that half of this is just some random character completely made up while the other half... The page on the right, that is, are characters whom I visualized from the Harry Potter books.

They are not necessarily as they appear in the movie... well, actually, the top one was cut from the movie. I am referring to the book The Goblet Of Fire... The bottom character is Barty Crouch Sr. while the top one is more or less how I visualized Ludo Bagman.
