Tried a lot of things here... mostly for the coloring (tried the cel-shading that Studio BONES used in some episodes of Star Driver and TTGL) and dust.
Not too happy with the background. Can't really get it just perfect, but I guess it looks fine.
Really would love to hear some feedback for this... llamas for everybody who does (if I haven't already given you one). :>
Done in Photoshop Elements 7 in ~15 hours.
