Description
This is a painting that I just did. I was actually working on another one, but it was pissing me off, because I kind of messed it up. I needed to create something nice.

I don't usually paint realistic landscapes, but I wanted to paint a winter scene for a longtime. And it's hot today outside! There is few things that I discovered while painting this landscape, like using my new fan brush! I was a little bit scared applying the paint directly on the paper with the brush, because I wasn't sure what it will do, but it's a perfect tool to paint pine trees, the snow on trees and the snow in the air. I worked for the whole day on this painting, going layer by layer, and overall, I'm happy with the result There is just one thing that is bothering me: the snow looks a little bit weird on the tree branch on the close tree on the right. Made with acrylics.

I didn't use a proper reference for the painting, because this particular landscape is just made up, but I looked at a lot of landscape winter pictures and paintings to inspire me. I retained those ones as the main ones:
