Description
This is Hot Flash, a villain who was originally going to be part of a group called the Doom Syndicate in the movie, Megamind. She was cut from the final film, but some of her concept art can be found in The Art of Megamind and online. I believe she had the super power of creating fire (hence her name). I think there was an idea of the Doom Syndicate teaming up with Hal/Tighten and Hot Flash has a thing for him. I guess Hal has a thing for older women.This was drawn and colored in Paint Tool Sai and Adobe Photoshop.
Hot Flash and Megamind belong to DreamWorks Animation.

I've tried storyboarding once with my own characters, but never tried it with fanart. Someone on deviantart has done a few comic strips with her though, if you willing to look up "Hot Flash Megamind". :3
