Fanart of Yumeko Jabami from Kakegurui!!! <3 PS. the drawing was inspired fully from just the manga as I've yet to actually watch the anime xD so there may be some details fans who watched the anime and not yet read the manga notice that is a little different.

Finally done with this after 5 days! Took me a longer than expected to finish this drawing cause I've had a few outings with friends which I haven't seen in awhile in the last few days xD But alas it's done! And then, I suddenly feel the urge to want to edit it again... Ugh - life of being so hypercritical about everything when I draw.

So, a little bit about this piece. I tried a completely new coloring style in here as an experiment to get over the problem where I tend to make my works look very flat (I will talk about it more in my journal). I suppose it happens when I lack the ability to choose the colors properly and other basic stuff considering I've just been self-taught all the way Through this piece, I actually experimented a lot on things I've always been scared before - overlay, color doge, multiply, use of more contrasting colors. And I would say, I enjoyed the entire process throughout. I know I am still lacking alot in lots of things right now - so I suppose, more fundamental practices are in need

Also, I will be participating in Inktober! And guess it'll be tough considering I aim to also continue my 2-3 days colored sketches which I will be changing it's approach entirely as well as I tend to end up rendering too much. So look forward to the following works! 😂
