When her homeworld from her timeline was destroyed, Fross had lost everything and everyone she had ever held close. But she wouldn't had given up so easily, and the culprits behind her planet's destroyed had never left her memory once for the days she endlessly loomed between other worlds hoping for a way to become stronger and avenge her people. Eventually, she was summoned by the Shenron of the Conton City era and was brought to the Supreme Kai of Time, Chronoa for questions regarding the ones whom she knew was repsonsble for the destruction of Fross' timeline. Even after telling the Kai everything she knew, Fross wanted no more than a chance to join in the Time Patrollers and bring down the Time Breakers for her and the countless lives they've ruined with their meddling with history.

In other to become stronger than what she was now, Fross would have to find a way to push pass the limits of a Saiyan and reach the levels only a rare, selected amount of Saiyans were worthy to possess. During her Time Patrols to the era where Frieza had returned from the grave and came to Earth for vengeance, she was reacquainted with The God of Destruction Beerus and his humble but unspeakably powerful Master, Whis. Though she wasn't around the last time in her patrol to see the kind of Saiyan power they came to Earth for, Fross' interests in such a power had relightened itself and she saw an oppotunity to finally see for herself just what kind of power was it that she needed to bring down the Time Breakers. After buying enough time for Goku and Vegeta to return to Earth and battle Frieza, the Saiyan of Earth unveiled the very height of his power that was unlike anything Fross had ever seen. It was limitless energy that couldn't be sensed at all by conventional means of any mortals, yet it was masked in an overwhelming pressure that shook the icy Saiyan to the core of her soul. Was this the power of a God? No... something more then that now. And Vegeta even the Prince of Saiyans, had this power himself and both of these unbearable pressures on Fross was too much for her.

After the fight with Golden Frieza, when Whis decided to train Fross herself, this was her chance to learn everything about this Blue form Goku and Vegeta had displayed as it could be the power she needed to be able to fight against Towa and Mira and others with them. Whis realizes the Saiyan in question to him wasn't from their current timeline but from one that was destroyed by the ones who made Beerus upset. The Angel attendant took an immediate interest in Fross for her unusual power that wasn't like Goku's and Vegeta's and decided to take her as another trainee. Even after vast amounts of days she spent getting stronger and learning everything she could from her tme as a Time Patroller in training, nothing would've prepared her for the inhumane training Whis had put her though to master her power beyond that of even the strongest Super Saiyan. Makes senses considering the power she seeks to save history is reserved on a scale for gods. Even at a few hardest points, training to prepare certain foods and cuisanes for Whis due to his adventurous appetite that drove him to Earth food customs thanks to Vegeta's wife.

It must've been months to a year within the homeworld of Beerus' palace, but Fross' power was sharpening up quite wonderfully. Even after she became strong and worthy enough to be bestowed the power of a Super Saiyan God, she still felt the needed to become stronger and reach up to Goku and Vegeta. Whis had offered them to train the female Saiyan themselves to discover the essence of the Blue power Fross wished to obtain. After nearly fighting them with her life on the line, Fross' power finally caught the presence of the Blue power Goku and Vegeta had first saw themselves when Whis had trained them before. There it was... that power she needed to bring down the ones who destroyed her past life. Of course Whis would never allow anyone to gain such power over selfish reasons like what Fross previously had. But knowing that, what Towa and Mira have done with history for their own goals wouldn't be left unpunished whether it be by him, Beerus or the Time Patroller he's placed his trust upon. Only time will til how these events would flow and should his student emerge victorus even with Goku's aid, he wouls want to see for himself just how much the Saiyan as grown. Who knows, in his interests, she might become a worthy canadiate for the role of God of Destruction.

"Oh-ho-ho-ho! Your power has grown so much within such short time. It's no wonder why Lord Beerus and myself find you Saiyans to be such fascinating people."

Whis' character I'll admit, took some time to get used to in DBS. But I do enjoy how whimsical he is especially when he's poking fun at Beerus and his food moments. And honestly, everytime I see him and Beerus eating, I feel like going on a culinary adventure. But I doubt that as a mortal, I could handle the kinds of foods they must've eaten for millions of years.
