Description soo yeah... not streaming like i said i would a couple days back XD the sudden change in weather threw me off balance so to speak and i've been too tired to want to stream as i would be far less responsive tot he chat than i already am XD well maybe some day if i don't do the line art for this yet i'll try to stream it or something but i cant make any promises... >,>

bah anyways end of whining about why it isn't just cold and snowing yet..

i've tried out another style for taxi golem, i might keep the eyes as is or make them a bit more like what i did with the winterweather mascot.. cant say for sure..bah tired.. imma sleep... OH wait, almost forgot. youwonthavetaxigolemspermissiontodieuntilshehasacquiredyoursoulbyhandthroughchestrecentcavity~ what? she needs fresh souls to stay alive and to recharge her batteries, glow cap mushrooms just wont do the trick they say~~ :3

mayhaps i shouldn't post let alone type things while dead tired... so.. tired...

XD its not ok im neglecting the fact that i said working with the site would make me stream more and now its all going to poopsville <:3 lol but yea i have to do this at my own pace i guess otherwise i will be out of sync with mah seeellff~

lol dont do that you heep XD one step at a time and the cheese cake will be at the goal~ that goal it has cake... that goal.. lol snowmen are awlsome especially when you ram into them.

You can neglect anything as long as you eventually go back to it... theres no rule that says you're forced to do stuff so don't worry so much about that!

ugh cheesecake is so fattening but I do say I'm fattening up for winter (the season... fine and you) lol everything I say will have two meanings... just like when I said shoji wants cheesecake the cake... and yeah lol everything

LOL all foods are fattening but it's better to eat than to starve XD they say. lol then the cake shoji shall has~ >:3 i wonder what cheese cake taste like with cranberry sauce XD maybe one day imma find out

I'm trying to slim down to feel better about myself so I can fit into a bikini D: I know a lot of people on DA like "heavier women" and wouldn't care and tell me to just wear it... but I want to be in public and feel good about myself while wearing it... ; A ; make everything stop making me fat

lol you shouldn't give into the superficial media standards on the human body and how they say you should feel about yourself. it'll only make you suffer in both mind and body. you should feel confident about yourself regardless besides it takes a the very most 3500 calories to make a pound of body fat anyways. eating organics is too expensive of a life style, but easing up on junkfoods like making it a weekly think would probably help, like eating cake once every four days or something you know instead of starving yourself right off the bat, thats just going to backfire/rebound and cause some withdrawal like side effects once you ease up on the restraints.. its best to gradually ween oneself off of something even if it takes a long time. the human body wasn't meant for people to lose weight within such short time spans like a week or 3.. maybe 4 months or half a year at the very least should be the quickest that one should have their pace. it allows the body to readjust itself to the changes brought upon it. XD

buuuut all that aside nuthins wrong with being a bit hefty as long as the sugar/cholesterol and other such pressure level's are at a good spot, that should be fine. one can still be healthy while over this imaginary weight line they say

sooo dun worry bout it too much~ take your time and everything'll work out. try not to be at others paces but your own, because everybody has a different pace that their own body is used to, when it comes to exercising and or dieting.. and dont try to starve youself that's not a good thing to do. XD

like lets say for example you get a bag of mini candybars if one is normally used to eating the whole bag in a day then gradually ween off on a timely scale like instead of eating the whole thing within half an hour increase the amount of time between the candybars by minutes to hours or what ever pace one is most comfortable with over time the body will get used to this. in a sense its gradually building up a sort of self control. maybe~

other wise its like using a really old beat up horse and carriage to go up against a super/finely tuned up race car and trying to get it to go at the same pace as that car. that wont end so well :3 unless the horse has rocket boosters and some kind of futuristic hoverboard >:3

if you switch fructose-corn based drinks with fruit flavored seltzer water you can basically make your own soda with things like apple juice orange juice cranberry juice even tea, you name it and if your making food with starch like grains and such just add water then drain then re add new water, or rinsing it that works too i guueeesss~. my parents used to do this most of the time whenever they cooked pasta and stuff :3 watching what you eat too much will only drive you nuts just do it gradually do be in a rush take your time >;3

buuut what do i know,im not dietitian or exercise guru, i don't bother with dieting and such but i do only eat junk food on rare occasions i guess. XD

Yes I understand and agree with you. Weening my way through foods is basically how I got to be vegetarian... I stopped eating beef a year or two before I stopped eating chicken I took it one step at a time before I fully stopped there was years before I tried. It was really hard for me... But I had to do it for myself (because of reasons I wanted to be healthier my family has bad health history and I like der animals and etc.) But I have to build up my self control when it comes to snacking and desserts.

I still want to keep my curves and a little tummy time but I just want to lose a bit of weight. I don't want to go overboard and lose like 50 80 pounds more like a decent goal of 15 to 20 pounds just a small thing. I know you don't know my weight or my body so I'll just let you know I use to be at least 10 to 20 pounds less than I weigh now since 5 yrs ago when I was in high school and if you look at pictures of me you can't tell I gained weight but when I try to put on my old high school clothes its upsetting I can't fit in them... etc. so I just want to stay a bit healthier... but not go over board with the dieting or exercising..

You know what I mean. So starting now I have to do that for myself. I'm going to pace myself and do practical healthy things and of course not over do it. Thank you again for all your good advice and for being a great friend I'll do my best *HUGTIME*

lol sorry didn't realize it was so long winded but glad it helped XD

i know its not my place to say this but, its not completely good to not eat any kind of meat at all. as it helps with the blood by keeping it from thinning as it strengthens blood cells, humans cant live without it for too long as, it carries with it certain vitamins and minerals,that other foods don't have. if you can find vitamins that have whats in meat that's good. try not to avoid it in its entirety though. as it helps reduce stress and short tempers. i wouldn't go to fast food burgers for meat as its just processed goo that wont digest properly jenny burgers would probably be the better option on terms of buying meat as its more turkey based if you don't want beef. being a vegetarian isn't bad but its not good to avoid meat completely. so maybe once every 4 or 6 months as it will help you keep stamina on terms of willpower/etc to when exercising/dieting otherwise the body will seek out excess food to compensate for the lack of what minerals and vitamins that are in the meat.
think of it as that one vegetarian from scott pilgram i mean sure you wont have the super powers but the body will know what it wants more then the mind. XD

lol that's understandable lol yup also i forgot to mention this earlier. so that why im saying if you plan to diet take it slow and try not to avoid food with calories as it will help the body not starve itself as you do this.

that's the spirit >;3 healthy things are not avoiding food groups don't be afraid the the food groups for they have stuff so much stuff oh man i cant begin to tell ya the stuff all that stuff oh god oh gee wiz all that stuff~

Thank you for being very considerate about my health
But since you mentioned it... I'll just have to say...
I don't think you're aware of all the nutrients that all vegetables & other grains & beans have

As a vegetarian I always get people asking me how I'm getting my protein and other nutrients. I get protein from many vegetables including beans. and especially Mushrooms. Infact Mushrooms have the same amount of nutrients meat has and even more than meat has.

I've been vegetarian for 2 years now (3 years starting January). I know I still have a lot to learn but I've been reading up and learning before two years of being vegetarian. I have a handle on things.
Just to clarify Todd from scott pilgrim was a "vegan" not a "vegetarian" so in the comic and movie they made a big deal about him just having milk and eggs lol and he did say "chicken isn't vegan". I'm not vegan I'm a vegetarian so I eat diary also I still eat eggs (but mostly egg whites) and cheeses.
I'm in control of my own body. I don't drink soft drinks or juices I only drink water (because soft drinks make me sick but I do drink juices sometimes just mostly water)
I don't eat any meat and I do take supplements and vitamins to regulate what nutrients I don't get daily from my diet.

I'm just mentioning these things because honestly I got slightly offended by you telling me "It's not good to avoid meat completely"
We all don't have to eat/like the same things. Please don't go telling me not eating something would effect me the same way it would someone else. We're all different we have different bodies. I don't go around telling people to not eat meat some people need meat in their diet for different reasons. I respect the decisions of others I don't care if they eat meat or not. I choose not to eat meat because I wanted to have a better healthy life and realized the only meat I truly really liked was processed meats from fast food places. I didn't really care for actual meats they were ok but I loved the process foods so it grossed me out.
But the fact of the matter is you don't know my body like I do. I take the best care I can for it in the ways I understand.

I do understand that you're just trying to help and its not your fault that you just wanted to give me some advice. I do appreciate you caring and being a good friend. Thank you for that.
