XD its not ok im neglecting the fact that i said working with the site would make me stream more and now its all going to poopsville <:3 lol but yea i have to do this at my own pace i guess otherwise i will be out of sync with mah seeellff~

You can neglect anything as long as you eventually go back to it... theres no rule that says you're forced to do stuff so don't worry so much about that!

I'm trying to slim down to feel better about myself so I can fit into a bikini D: I know a lot of people on DA like "heavier women" and wouldn't care and tell me to just wear it... but I want to be in public and feel good about myself while wearing it... ; A ; make everything stop making me fat

lol you shouldn't give into the superficial media standards on the human body and how they say you should feel about yourself. it'll only make you suffer in both mind and body. you should feel confident about yourself regardless besides it takes a the very most 3500 calories to make a pound of body fat anyways. eating organics is too expensive of a life style, but easing up on junkfoods like making it a weekly think would probably help, like eating cake once every four days or something you know instead of starving yourself right off the bat, thats just going to backfire/rebound and cause some withdrawal like side effects once you ease up on the restraints.. its best to gradually ween oneself off of something even if it takes a long time. the human body wasn't meant for people to lose weight within such short time spans like a week or 3.. maybe 4 months or half a year at the very least should be the quickest that one should have their pace. it allows the body to readjust itself to the changes brought upon it. XD
buuuut all that aside nuthins wrong with being a bit hefty as long as the sugar/cholesterol and other such pressure level's are at a good spot, that should be fine. one can still be healthy while over this imaginary weight line they say
sooo dun worry bout it too much~ take your time and everything'll work out. try not to be at others paces but your own, because everybody has a different pace that their own body is used to, when it comes to exercising and or dieting.. and dont try to starve youself that's not a good thing to do. XD
like lets say for example you get a bag of mini candybars if one is normally used to eating the whole bag in a day then gradually ween off on a timely scale like instead of eating the whole thing within half an hour increase the amount of time between the candybars by minutes to hours or what ever pace one is most comfortable with over time the body will get used to this. in a sense its gradually building up a sort of self control. maybe~
other wise its like using a really old beat up horse and carriage to go up against a super/finely tuned up race car and trying to get it to go at the same pace as that car. that wont end so well :3 unless the horse has rocket boosters and some kind of futuristic hoverboard >:3
if you switch fructose-corn based drinks with fruit flavored seltzer water you can basically make your own soda with things like apple juice orange juice cranberry juice even tea, you name it and if your making food with starch like grains and such just add water then drain then re add new water, or rinsing it that works too i guueeesss~. my parents used to do this most of the time whenever they cooked pasta and stuff :3 watching what you eat too much will only drive you nuts just do it gradually do be in a rush take your time >;3
buuut what do i know,im not dietitian or exercise guru, i don't bother with dieting and such but i do only eat junk food on rare occasions i guess. XD

i know its not my place to say this but, its not completely good to not eat any kind of meat at all. as it helps with the blood by keeping it from thinning as it strengthens blood cells, humans cant live without it for too long as, it carries with it certain vitamins and minerals,that other foods don't have. if you can find vitamins that have whats in meat that's good. try not to avoid it in its entirety though. as it helps reduce stress and short tempers. i wouldn't go to fast food burgers for meat as its just processed goo that wont digest properly jenny burgers would probably be the better option on terms of buying meat as its more turkey based if you don't want beef. being a vegetarian isn't bad but its not good to avoid meat completely. so maybe once every 4 or 6 months as it will help you keep stamina on terms of willpower/etc to when exercising/dieting otherwise the body will seek out excess food to compensate for the lack of what minerals and vitamins that are in the meat.
think of it as that one vegetarian from scott pilgram i mean sure you wont have the super powers but the body will know what it wants more then the mind. XD
lol that's understandable lol yup also i forgot to mention this earlier. so that why im saying if you plan to diet take it slow and try not to avoid food with calories as it will help the body not starve itself as you do this.
that's the spirit >;3 healthy things are not avoiding food groups don't be afraid the the food groups for they have stuff so much stuff oh man i cant begin to tell ya the stuff all that stuff oh god oh gee wiz all that stuff~

she is merely a broken doll after all her recent master did his best to fix her body but knows nothing of dark arts to truly restore her plus it makes her somewhat more easier to use to make certain people who ruined his life disappear they say :3 of course with the added flaw that she does attempt to kill even him every now and then :3 souls are souls after all~
