i c , u mean u don't know how to use this base ?
well in paint tool sai u can still change body color a bit to the closed to your oc's body
with the option > filter > hue an saturation (or)
> filter > brightnes contrast
if u play with it u could get pretty close to your color of body it will not 100% te same
but in that way u don't have to change mutch of the base itself.
i think u can use same methode for the eyes they on a diffrent layer if i remember right.

well could you maybe be a bit more tactfull like its sure not bad but try to avoid lines without any lines it would look pure 3D.
i find this good so pls next time keep in mind that some people want comment bad as good but do it on a tactfull way
also for drawing with a mouse she is doing amazing its not that there are so many lines

its not really lying but just saying it on a nicer way i know my best friend so she get sad really fast if its said the wrong way.

Try to use a "clipping group" layer to easly change line colours.

il try but i got most problems with getting details in it like shine its Always to thick drawn if i do it with mouse thats one of the reasons i left some lines a bit darker for example on the skirt i ahve no idea how i can get the skirt details better with using a mouse it doesn't seem i gonna get a tablet soon sadly
and i also would love to learn to work with photoshop for effects ect... but as far as i got i don't understand photoshop mutch yet and i personaly think photoshop is more based on tablet users or am i worng ?

I started with mouse too, it's normal.
Well, I recomend you a looooot of pen tool, sure, but try to blend it. If you're working on detalis, it helps to get the color in the exact place. Also, contrast makes things more 3D...
As for photoshop, it was created for photomanipulation and for mouse, thougth a tablet is a great help. Even, you don't need a tablet for effects and adjustments. If you can, try it.
(But there are so many adjustments and effects in photoshop that I really cannot explain much!)

i even thought of taking lessons for it. and i had also in mind but i don't even think it exsist't (a draw learning school
Tablets drawings ) not a ordinary school like paper and pencil like i did when i was younger) but i think it doesn't exist and
if it did it would be totaly exspensive i think).
when i was younger i did go to how to call it 'drawing-learn-school' i quited wich was not good
if i continue'd it i might have been further then i am now.
but im already glad i made some progress atleast i think. i will keep trying

I suppose so, about the leassons, but honestly, I've no idea (I'm self taught).
Your goal is really great! First and third are more manga-ish but also have kind of a 3D feeling. If that's what you're trying, you're going well!
If you want to do something more realistic (like two) I recomend you a da tut "How to go from manga to realist". It's got everithing to learn how to properly portrait.
