EDIT - Helped with the pixelation around the outside and made it a little better by adding some fuzzyness

EDIT 2 Got rid of some excessive fuzziness and made it shinier

EDIT 3 Made it overall better

Ok, so it looks absolutely nothing like MixedMilkChOcOlate paintmotes. It looks much more like a painting than his shiny emotes of emote fantasticness. But that's ok. I like the painting look. I'm going to redo it anyway in the more shiny and fantastic way at some point
