What a beautiful masterpiece, I don't know where to start... I just adore the clouds, and completely love the ocean. The life preserver is also amazingly made. They all blend in quite nicely! And you don't suck a drawing backgrounds, it's one of the most amazing and unique backgrounds I have EVER seen! I think the Vaporeon is just unbelivebly cute as well! I love it over all! No flaw in this, just beauty!
