Why, this was clear... I mean, that Adrian (Dragonletters) likes this picture.
I like it very much, as well. Especially the effect of blood is nicely catched. The expression of the dragon is very fearful, full of sorrow and agony which is underlined of the strong yellow eyes.
Like most of your watchers, I really believed it is Wispy.

bloody picture is bloody indeed! You've done a very great work on the blood of course, more precise you've done a great work at creating a dark and creepy atmosphere, I feel really sad for the poor thing who have been killed tho~ x'D
