I'm not really happy with the result of this drawing, the scan isn't good as well.
I used two photos as reference and now I think something is wrong, maybe the hair. I have no idea!
All the same I want to show it you although.

Well, everything looks good except that the eyes are not level.

the reason you think it looks off is because its a little lopsided. the left is higher than the right. and the hair seems like it has no depth thats why the bottom of her looks more real than the top. its hard to make hair have depth. just shade more. other than that its really good

I use mechanical pencils and a tissue for this drawing. Oh and a eraser pen.

This is beautiful work, but I do see where your problem is. Her hair is too large for her face and also higher on one side. It should be pretty easy to fix though. Aside from that it is absolutely spectacular, particularly the subtle shading in the face.

She's gorgeous!! 
What I noticed is that the eye on the left is a bit higher than the one on the right which might make her face look off just a bit. I don't think it's her hair, it's beautiful. You could maybe use Photoshop or something to lower the one eye, just for you to see if it makes her face look more proportioned. Even if that would help, I still wouldn't touch the actual drawing!

You have a smooth, and rich texture to her face. The hair is brilliant and looks alive. Gorgeous work

Since you don't seem to see what may be a bit wrong I can help possibly, for future refference.
The left side of her hair is much larger, though I see that is how it's parted it could be lowered a bit at the top?
It doesn't seem like it fits the face? It loks like she's turning her head sideways a bit, but the sides looks straight?
I don't know what i'm trying to say.
But still, you're an amazing artist. C:
