Description
Derek and Chloe chilin' outside. I think this actually happened in the book at some point, but don't quote me on that. Derek's all awkward as always.I wanted to practice doing backgrounds/sceneries... I fail epically with colours. I used a Bambi screenshot as reference. It definately needs more contrast and a bunch of other stuff, but I think I'm done with it for now ^_____^

Edit EDIT The reason for her hair being brown is A) it's dark B) I couldn't remember if her hair was still dyed black or not. I assumed this was after she washed it in the bathrooms. If so, there would be residual tinting... so her hair would be a bit darker-- but as some of us know, it wouldn't be streaky... so yeah!

I mean, in the books, she looks more like kid than a teenager because of her lose of curves, but this is... Like I said too little kid-ish.

That is sooo good! I know she looks a little bit like a little kid, but in this picture, she looks too much like a kid! It's like Derek is cuddling with a nine year old! Other than that, it is absolutely amazing

I honestly couldn't remember if she had washed out the black in her hair during this particular scene, so I made it a dirty dark blondish colour so that if she did, there would have been some residual of the dye.

yes indeed that is true. But then I would do itself a bit blurry black. But that's my picture at Chloe with her dyed hair. You also have real talent really beautiful!

Love it! I think the contrast of the forest works great. It puts the focus on Derek and Chloe (who are ADORABLE BTW). Very nice!

I love this! Especially the way you drew Derek in his wolf form. Although, Chloe's pose looks a little bit awkward to me. I think she needs to be more slumped into him near her bottom half. I like your background with the dawn peeking through.

It's sooooo good! And this did happen in The Reckoning. Only, Derek's clothes were probably all over the place, and Chloe was in unicorn pajamas -^_^- oh, and there were two rabid werewolves after them. And the background's awesome. Good job

I like the background, I think you did a decent job. Especially if you were trying for a more impressionist painterly style.
Wolf-Derek is well done, as well. I like how you were still able to get his personality in his face. I don't make a habit of drawing animals of any kind, so I can't comment on anatomy or anything like that. It looks good, so that's all that matters.
Chole seems abit young.I know she's supposed to be this tiny, short girl, but she's 16(??or 15??I can't rememberwhateeeevs) so she needs more shape, even being a cartoon and it being stylized.
