Miller and Cecile. Practice on cel-shading. XD; And perspective. Lol, obviously, I still have a long way to go in those areas.
CHARACTERIZATION SPOILERS.
To put it simply...this is how I imagined Miller when he said that in the game.
As for the title, it occurred to me that he does the following:1. Find something about the girl to hit on (usually their name)
2. Find a way to relate it to yourself... (for Miller, it was his Japanese heritage)
3. Proclaim that it's an amazing coincidence and it's so ttly destiny. 8U
Really, Miller... sounds more like one heck of a stretch. But if you've tried his tactic and it worked for you, let me know.

I think he blew his chance with her when he compared macaroons to macaroni and he stock the
pantry with bad French wine. Then he made her drink it until she became drunk. She probably woke
up with a bad headache and never forgave him for that.

lol I attempted this when I met a French woman at a Muse concert. I asked her if this was her first visit to America. She said yeah, which gave me the chance to say "This is my first time meeting a French woman! It feels like...DESTINY unfolding!". I could tell she got a good laugh from it...probably should have made it more apparent that it was a pick up tactic, but whatever.

I was listening to this tape the other day and I went LAWL! when I heard Kaz talk about the destiny unfolding thing... But he sounded so passionate that MAYBE that trick works for him. We just need CΓ©cile to stop being so intolerant! She should know that Kaz is huggable! xDDDDD
