This vixen is clearly a master musician. From the finery of her fiddle we can see she is the one taking center stage in this song.She provides the group with the melody as the dancers prance about the fire.
By her feat is a sheep's skin of drink.
Perhaps she made sure all her friends had a good swig of whatever is inside, wine, mead or whiskey maybe, and that is why they are all so merry?
whatever is going on, I am sure she has done it all many times before.

Anyway, again this was done in water colours with pencil crayons to fill in some detail.

Krystal (McCloud optional) is obviously the inspiration in question. The spiral tribal markings, tail bands, hair braids and the... head... necklace thingy are a dead giveaway. Her clothes even have similar traingle patterns on them to Krystal's Cerinian attire.
And this also actually reminds me of my friend 's Spirit Witch vixens.
Still though, this is a great design. The colours are very well done, and the fact this was traditional makes that even more impressive. Also, I love how this is mostly nude without actually showing anything as well.

And yeah, I mean, I'm absolutely useless at colouring (lines are my forte), and since so many go digital now, for those who do it so well traditionally always make me want to applaud them (because of the skill, but also because there's no reset button

I must say though i am the opposite to you. i find lines very hard, there is a real skill in drawing line art digitally and i cannot do it very well, not like your stuff at least. i love the way you are able to get your lines so smooth. what i normally do (if i feel lines need to be put in) is put the colour down first and then do the lines over that.

Well thank you, that was unexpected, but thank you all the same.
Although I don't draw my stuff digitally (yet, I'm going to try learning soon), but just with the simple pencil, paper, pen process.
I have tried to colour some of my stuff digitally though (without a tablet) and have found the results... mixed. I dunno, I guess I just need A LOT more practice.
