Lol,..It was not my intention but i see what you mean. In the old days nuns often worked as nurses, so you were quite right.
The woman's head is that of Joan Crawford (old actrice) and maybe she was just acting a little, saying something like: "I like nutritious home cooked meals better then junkfood!"
Or maybe she is praying for that new fully automatic super cooking-stove.
