The colors might look better had the orange tones not have been so strong.
Also, there seems to be a haloing effect, most likely from over-sharpening, as it seems to be. ^^
It definitely can be better, but it's pretty as it is. ^^

A beautiful manipulation. It is obvious that you put a lot of time and effort into it! I only have one comment on it...Have you though of darkening the bottom lashes so that they match the rest? it might look as though the image is a true reflection... just an idea. great work though!

How did you do this? I am just learning photoshop and get so aggrivated because I want to create awesome stuff but don't have the slightest clue as to how to go about it

I see that you are an excellent artist. Persist with photoshop even if you find it difficult initially and you will eventually get results.
Try to get hold of the basic steps in photoshop online or in DA tutorials. Experiment with transparencies of images once you do that.

I was going to post on your front page to thank you for visiting my gallery, but this deviation caught my eyes, it's so beautiful.
For the title and the theme in her eyes, I can't help to think she has discover the wild side in herself, the wolf within...
As everyone already said, you did and outstanding work with the manipulation, my favorite part of it is of course the wolf, but the fact that the image in her eyes looks so clear is brilliant, it gives you a stronger sense of 3d.

You created a beautiful world inside her eye. It's so alive and vibrant! Can she really see it or is it just an illusion? The use of colour here is very important and you managed it quite well.
