Liàngdù [meaning brightness] and Rèhuǒ [meaning hot fire], or as Rèhuǒ was known as Master Tiger. Yeah, I gave them names, I also redesigned Tigress' mother because it turned out Chinese tigers can't be born white, so oops xD Instead she's just a very peachy color as opposed to her husband and daughter's more auburn~ Tiger's arm stripes are like Tigress' but Liàngdù has the colored toes and under arms. Tiger lost half his tail to war and so that's why you can't see the rest of it. I don't really got anything on their story but they were nobles of some sort. Tiger was a kung fu master and perhaps a friend of the emperor before something forced him and his wife to give up Tigress. Part of me thinks he was shadier than he looks, perhaps Tiger and Liàngdù conspired against the emperor and when he found out, a massive man hunt began. Or maybe they were merely framed, who knows. I don't know if they're dead or alive since I doubt highly Tigress ever sees them again.Stock used for the pheonix on Tiger's clothes

I'm not in any way trying to run you ragged when it comes to your characters but if you want Tigress' mother to be white I could show you a close second. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maltese_… I know it's gray but it's close to the white when it comes to the color family, plus it's possibly a subspecies to the South Chinese tiger if it truly exists.
Again, it's your design and looks fine the way it is. I just want to help if you want it back at least close to white deep down.
P.S. I have a TiPo kid that's a maltese tiger. Just a random fact! X3.

Cool! You used a phoenix X3! They look nice though I never really cared for the whole "Tigress is daughter of royalty" headcanon. I go as high as leader or chief of a tiger clan and that's about it. Your drawings still look awesome though.

Yeah I don't see her as royalty at all tbh but if anything she'd just be from what would be considered blue blood without it being a king or queen since I feel that'd be eh lol
