Weapon: she is more of an opportunistic girl, and has not much practice in fighting at all. anything she has on hand, or around at the time is generally her best bet in terms of a weapon. on her travels, she did pick up a knife, but knows little how to use it effectively.

Background:
Tafari grew up in a desolate town far outside of arhzung. her history, while different from most in Arhzung, was quite normal for any of the girls in the Brothel. she had a big family, mother- father- siblings- grandparents, all living together in an attempt to make ends meet.... but it just wasn't happening. while her family was in great financial distress, she couldn't just sit around and continue to watch them suffer. So it was then she decided she'd take the only job a girl her age could get in that town. she joined the Brothel. it was horrible work, and she hated every minute of it- but she felt she had to do this. sadly, not even in their need for money did the family accept her offerings. they found her act disgusting and disowned the poor girl. without a family or a reason, she became numb.... which was good for her work. she was never an extremely desired girl in the brothel, many said she looked 'boring', 'not exotic enough', 'plain', 'not worth the money', etc. and with nothing to combat the comments (combined with her amount of customers)- she came to believe it. she's not confident at all in herself, but its by no means for attention, she simply doesn't see the worth in herself. at a very young age, she was seeked out by a very wealthy lion- looking to invest in a girl of his own species. there were pleanty of other lions, but he grew attached to Tafari. saddly, his interest faded around the time Tafari found out she was pregnant with his child. she was incredibly young and now filled with panic. things became much harder for her at the brothle, getting nothing but harsh insults, and now far less paying customers. while it became difficult living day-to-day, she began to hope maybe this Cub would be her one way ticket out of there. unfortunaitely she was wrong. when it came time to deliver, the situation was carried out almost as if practiced. once the daughter was delivered, she could hear garbled words through her exhaustion- the baby being handed off to a panther man, as they told him to dispose of the child. no amount of her screaming seemed to change the situation. she then fell back into her numb person, working without a care. it wasn't until one night, that she was caught being abused by her 'employers' when a male lion swooped in and saved her. she stayed with him in his camp for a while before she decided she had to attend to before she followed him to this new land he called 'arhzung'. unfortunately when she had changed her mind to join him..... he had already left. between then and now- she spent a long time searching for 'Arhzung', hoping to find the Lion who had saved her- there

she has a bit of a conflict being both uncomfortable with men, and being quickly attracted to them. so she will be more likely to easily get along with females, but will not completely avoid men.
her name means ‘he who inspires awe’. he used to always assume that her parents intended to have a boy, and refused to change the name… but after being saved, and seeing all the work her savior had done- she began to wonder if her name meant she was suppose to meet ‘he who inspires awe’
