An American Akita, orphaned at birth, Parks didn't live in misery. He was instead the final member of a group of five pups who acted as traveling heroes for hire. Together, Weiss, Jaune, Kuro, Ahmar, and Parks (nicknamed Verde) were a family, working together to help others.

Constantly putting other first, they needed something themselves. Perhaps it was fate that they took that train, that derailed into the snow, and Parks was trapped, thus he and his friends were rescued and cared for by the Paw Patrol, where Parks bonded with Chase.

Learning about their skills and Achievements, Ryder sets them up with a home town, and makes them a mini-team for the Paw Patrol, and Parks himself becomes a Ranger Pup, and thus was born the Eco Patrol!
