Because of Topaz’s venting to Steven in Stuck Together it got me thinking..

What if Eyeball was about to cry because Doc wasn’t on THEIR lap!!!

Eyeball you poor gem, you need a hug from Doc.

“You’ve not seen war Doc….You’re still so full of live..filled with wonder..unlike a…. clod like me.”
Doc frowned at this new information from the older gem, “You…aren’t a clod! You’re that same Ruby that guards our squad and goes out first when we land anywhere!! You watch out for us!!”
The warrior buried her face into the mass of wild curly hair at the back of the younger gems head, craving to be closer,
“…..it’s not for them……it’s for you. I want to protect that light in your eyes.”

Yes I do realize that Eyeball looks up to Jasper however I do not think it’s enough to make her cry like this, I think she wants Doc.
