I was just practicing sketching Gray Fullbuster and Juvia Lockser from Fairy Tail in an attempt to capture Hiro Mashima's style. I drew these images referencing Hiro Mashima's special Fairy Tail chapter, 413 Days, featuring Gruvia! I wasn't really planning on coloring this, but I needed the practice! Anyway, nothing special about this other than practice. I drew in a broken butterfly clip because I really love the idea of Gray noticing Juvia hurting over her little clip, and maybe fixing it for her or buying her a new one. I am pretty sure I read something somewhere in the fandom alluding to this idea! Gray is ever the tsundere, but I could totally see him trying to figure out how to cheer Juvia up since she always cheers him up!

And I completely agree! I think Gray being the tsundere he is really impacts how amazing the ship is. Gray is tsundere all around. He was like that toward his master, who we all know Gray cared about greatly. But, Juvia affects him so much, and in a different way. When he gets all blushy, and it is down right adorable! I really love how Juvia affects him, especially as they get closer! Gahhh! I love them!

Yeah, if he was straightforward/non-tsundere, the ship wouldn't have that many moments, it would be just a noomal ship.
I'm glad Hiro tinkered with their relationship, because now it looks more funny and sweet! Juvia's been a really big help, and sometimes I get jealous of her since she's always around Gray-sama ;D
