Description
No longer after being disqualified from the team, Balto's emotions rush to him and he seeks out to change his lifestyle by following his wolf side, even if it is causing the rift with his friends.
After running away from Nome for hours and hours, Balto had come deep into the wild and as he tries to calm down and settle things, he just happens to be greeted by this strange female arctic wolf named Tala.
She tells him for follow her and there Balto meet the potential packmates should he accept his wolf side, yet he comes to think about it if it wise.
At first, Balto assumed that after many times he'd finally found his mother, but noticing Tala's green eyes, he knows that his guess was wrong, yet he feels something that makes him think if they're connected somehow.
This is meant to show what could be possibly happening between the events of the team leaving for Nenana and before Balto finds out the fate of the lost team and the ending of that chapter though...
