The new version is awesome and the JWildfire website has a section on tutorials that I found pretty useful.  I tried JW a few times previous with little to no luck, but this latest version runs like a dream and I'm beginning to get the hang of it and really enjoy using it!

I felt the same way, Joe, because I had failed terribly in the past.  I was determined to keep trying.  The latest version has so great features, so once you learn the navigation, there is so much more to explore!  I'm using the latest Java and it is what is needed to run it, so be sure you have the latest version of Java before you try to launch the JW.  I think you need at least version 6 Java, but they are at version 8 Java, which I have.  Belive me, if you know Apo, you can learn JW, once you learn the interface.  Really, the JWildfire website has a lot of goodies, like tutorials, videotutorials, a forum full of resources like scripts and flamepacks and, of course, wonderful help and feedback from the forum users, a lot of whom are very knowledgeable.
