Description Okay. As of the moment I upload this, I am making a huge decision.
I am scrapping Untethered, my LeafGreen Run.
It makes me sad; I grew attached to many of the characters, even those whom you never got the chance to meet. However, I will stand my decision, and I doubt I will ever pick up Red's story again in any depth.
The reason for this change comes from a number of things:
Firstly, I was greatly dissatisfied with the quality of Untethered; it was sloppy, inconsistent and a general administrative nightmare.
Secondly, my enthusiasm grew stale as I dug myself deeper into a hole of compromise and mistakes.
Thirdly, it went stale. The story never grew the way I wanted it to, but now I have a new chance to do things, to start again.
My LeafGreen run was a valuable lesson, and one I will not forget. Now I know what I want and how to do things I believe my next run will go forwards at a much faster pace, and I will manage to satisfy myself more. Free from the confusion of my first run, I can move on.
The new Ruby run inhabits the same universe as Red's one, and the same rules apply to both me run and my comic universe. However, my only dip back into Red's world would perhaps come later. I could show you guys how it ended, and what happened that I failed to show you. However, SPOILERS!
...He won.
I did actually complete my run, and well, if I may say so myself. Red and his team victoriously managed to scale that final hurdle. Charizard, Pidgeopt, Vaporeon. Dragonite (that's right, a dragonite) and Victreebel all survived that final battle, but sadly my Sandslash fell that time.
Anyway. Look forwards to a new run, a saga unlike any you have seen (that's not hard to promise), hailing from, the Hoenn region.
Thank you guys, and farewell.

this is good, I love the pacing and dialogue for this, nice mysterious vibe to it. I'd think a bit of art here and there perhaps faded down could help this out, and my my, already letting us know the final team, interesting .3.

Ok thats cool, but if you ever get a male Whismur, name him Dosu, and train the hell out of him, Exploud with return will literally ahinilate your dad's gym (did that in my emerald run...and boy was it awesome)
