As the title states, this is Part One of the entire list of blocs, their members and outlier states and from the 'Square of Struggle' universe. If you are not familiar, this universe is currently set in 1995 and deals with five superpowers who duke it out for dominance with super-science, magic and lots of magnificent creatures.Related content

The Republic of China is officially an ally within the League of Steel. It fit particularly well in the beginning with the authoritarian nationalist rule of Chiang Kaishek. But, the ROC is friendly with trades extensively with those outside of its bloc, particularly with the US and its Freedom Alliance. It is necessary for the ROC to be anyone's friend, just in case the Japanese or Soviet/Chinese communists come knocking again.

Or in the case of people Calling Chiang kai sheck or sun yat sen a dictator they forget that its not as simple as that.

The European War (1939-1945) takes place. Like WWII, but not as international and a lot wackier. Britain loses against the Nazis and is gradually transformed as a fascist state under the leadership of Oswald Mosley. So, you get the British Union State, and Free Britain, which consists of the British Royal Family, anti-Nazi fighters and other refugees who have settled into Canada, Australia and other places. Free Britain is a powerful movement with funds, guns and other means to campaign to take back their homeland.
