Description
A couple of weeks ago, I had this odd dream in which I was talking to John Lennon. We talked about a lot of things, but what I woke up remembering especially is that he told me he would like me to choose one of his songs and create a painting about it. It took a while to figure out what I would create in order to honor John's wish, but I eventually decided on this one.... a rather hippie-ish fairy figure (complete with peace sign necklace) walking through a burnt-out, dead forest leaving a trail of flowers in her footsteps. This is meant to be an image of hope in the face of adversity, as is the John Lennon song Imagine that this is inspired by. Nothing to kill or die for,

A brotherhood of man,

but Im not the only one,
