Maybe not as bloody and violent... if this were dumbed down to anime standards, it would just be that the horns don't JAB the enemy, out rather pin it (wall, ground or something) and it can steal some energy. On super effective types, it would make the enemy faint.

Awesome. And yes, quite a few Pokemon moves are really creepy if you stop to think about them.
