Created in a lab similar to the one that "produced" Mewtwo. Instead of altering a specific pokemon's dna however, the scientists decided to combine it to make an entirely new breed of pokemon. Kyogia was subjected to many tests before finally escaping using a small fraction of its many powers.

w00t!!! ive been meaning to get around to coloring this for about a week ^^ ok, so this is a lugia kyogre mix, and im actually fairly pleased with how it turned out ^^

its just been sitting there, with that sly look in its eye, telling me "GET TO COLORING YOU LAZY BUM!!!" -.- as much as i wish i could slap this thing around for calling me a lazy bum, i just couldnt do it for the sake of 's contest...i mean, i want it to be red white and blue, not red white black and blue

and i just noticed that this drawing is a bit patriotic...not what i was going for here -.- the color scheme came from lugia's blue and white and kyogre's red stripes, and it turned out PATRIOTIC!!!
