he's that insane cultist trope basically but hey i think that trope can be rlly fun when taken in a bit more of a comedic way than just edge fest
update: ive decided his name is savvas!!
lil facts:
-he's odd among iga as he wanders about above ground rather than underground (dont tell anyone but he's secretly claustrophobic)
-he uses his slime to write messages to communicate rather than making sounds, tho sometimes his writing gets a bit incomprehensible cause he starts to forget if he doesn't have someone around to help him remember things
-otherwise his writing is surprisingly fancy
