I was somewhat recently (give or take a month) challenged by this fellow here - - to combine Batman with an obscure villain, much like his example - [link]My villain of choice was Gentleman Ghost. Probably not the most obscure villain, but the idea seemed funny to me. And I didn't have to draw facial features. This is actually more of a cross between Gentleman Ghost, Batman, and Sherlock Holmes.

For what it is worth Gentleman Ghost's facial features do appear when he is hit in Batman

Funny. You're the second person to bring up that Brave and the Bold cartoon in as many days. Is that actually any good? I thought it looked a bit cheesy from the screencaps I've seen.

Not as bad as Spectacular Spiderman, with all of the disjointed asides.
I personally think, Brave and the Bold is pretty good; you have to go into watching an episode expecting a 75th commemorative series rather than expect something like the Nolan films.
I say it is worth a look. Especially if you can watch it online at Cartoon Network's site.

Well good. I meant to get to this ages ago but couldn't come up with a decent villain. Lately I've been in a ghost mood though so this seemed appropriate.
I did a somewhat similar scheme in that other ghost picture I did last week, but aside from that it was pretty new to me. Not much contrast. It was difficult.

...perhaps this is what Keiji Inafune said after he single-handedly invented Mega Man. Or maybe Bruce Lee made mention of this when asked how he invented the one-inch-punch. May I submit that it be the pondering of Odin the Allfather, who was hung from Yggadrasil, the world ash, so that he may learn the mystery of the runes?

I have always wondered how long these comments took you to sculpt. I had imagined you in a drunken fit of inspiration making these up on the fly. It was giving me a complex about my own shitty writings.

Sometimes it's instantaneous, sometimes it's less so. More often than not, it can be compared to how a ninja throws a shuriken into someone's throat: there is no thought, only action.
And I've been trying like hell to beat the original Ninja Gaiden, so there's been a lot of ninja ref's lately.

Urgh. Yeah, the lines were all draw in Photoshop relatively quickly. And much thicker than I normally do. Makes it easier to see their flaws.
