(I can suggest a site that will make it transparent! I use it all the time because I also have ms paint aha)

You just need to color whatever part you want transparent a different color, and then go under the "create" tab and click the "transparent" link. And from there you can pick the color closest to the one you used for the background (I would recommend a color really far away from any that you used in you're picture. I usually use the default red, blue, or purple from the MS paint color bar) and I would say around 10-40 percent for the "approximate color fuzz" click down thing. And then click convert.
And if you click the "return to main index" button, you can also convert it back to PNG as long as it's not an animation if you look under the "convert" column!
And when you're done just right click and save the image!
