Description Making more detail in the rocks and the horns. Looking at this picture I notice I have to make more space between de front rocks and the mountains on the back. The rocks in between have to disapear. Then with good ligtning, the front rocks will give shadow and the mountains on the back will be bright. So more dept.

Haha,thanks, but I'm afraid I am only half way . Last weekend I have been carving  this piece on a show but you hardly can see the difference after 14 hours. The  detail carving will take a lot of time. It's easyer to make a number of  good paintings in the same time.) (Thanks for the favs).

Hmm, I can imagine.. wood works always take so much time, but they are definitely worth it

You know . That's why we make art. We enjoy being creative with our mind and hands. Even your chopping block has taken a lot of time to carve it in the way it is now and suddenly it has another dimension (background of an great jewel). Both of your creations make each of them stronger.
