Elves don't get sick with illnesses as you know, but they very well may be capable of vomiting, either due to poisons or emotional stress.

Well think about it, right? Elves eat, drink, rest, and many other things humans do. It would be very uncommon for elves to vomit, as they're immune to most causes of nausea, but there are factors to which one cannot be immunized. (Emotional and physical stress, possibly poison, pain, dizziness, disgust, pregnany in the females, etc.) So, it probably does happen. Rarely, but possible. I can only imagine how freaked out they would be if that happened, considering that they probably go hundreds of years without experiencing something like that. Mr. Legolas there might need a hug. XDD
