In my humble opinion, the final version of this map...Unless you think I have to add more names on it...
(seas, cities, or just the name of both empires ?).
I may re-upload this one based on your suggestions and with some intel
on the cities I located on this map. So it may be the final version but it is also
just the beginning because most of them will appear on the other maps of this set

Wow, Β this looks very good! I always liked your maps for their accuracy and attention to detail and I think that adding some cities is a great addition. Also, we talked about this with Akitku and I agree that adding to much would make the map slightly messy and perhaps more unfocused, I think that the number of sites marked here is just alright. I like how you differentiated between the capitals and regional centers. I was not familiar with some of the cities in Persia and it was interesting to look them up online... I wish I could go and visit some of them in person though, given the political situation in that part of the world, this seems unlikely... Please, continue with your work, its a pleasure to see more material from you!

I will add some cities but not really for Rome or Persia.
It will be Jabiyah, Hira, Medina and Mecca for the Arabs
(Ghassanids, Lakhmids and first Muslims).
I may make a map with names about the Roman-Persian border
as it is a very interesting theme but I need a blank map about Mesopotamia
(with Armenia, Levant, Elam and eastern Anatolia)

This looks great! I can understand that you might wish to add more cities, like Ninaveh or Ani for example, but I think too much would make it feel a bit too full if you know what I mean? Maybe you could do a followup with more cities on smaller/more specific areas? For example just Persia, just Mesopotamia etc? Then they could fit with this map because they would add more detail?

That's exactly my point of view, I may add some cities
but no more than 2 or 3 for each empire + the capitals for
the Ghassanids and the Lakhmids (and some other cities
like Mecca, Medina + some in Central Asia and Europe
if you have some ideas ?).
But for the 2 giants, I won't add much more indeed.
I will probably do as you said, a map on the Roman/Persian border...
And your comment made me look again at your awesome Byzantium/Persia gallery !

Gr8 job, it's very exact and nicely done; may i suggest you add more names to Mesopotamia, Levant, Armenia and southeastern Anatolia, considering that the region was the center of conflicts between both Empires.
I would add Edessa, Aleppo, Β Seleucia, Singara, Armavir, Nisibis to the map or make just a more detailed map of the region.

I am not sure I will add more names but if I do,
it will be a different list of cities, but thanks a lot for your suggestions ! Β
I thought of adding Singara and Amida, Valarshapat and Dvin, Ancyra and Susa,
Damascus, Palmyra, Nineveh and Arbela, Edessa and Ispahan.
But I really like your idea of a more detailed map of the region so I will probably
choose to do that and add only a bunch of cities on this one, like the capitals of
Ghassanids and Lakhmids plus Medina, Mecca and some towns from Central Asia
and Europe (I dunno which ones yet, maybe you have some suggestions for these areas ?).

Np^^, i'm glad you liked my suggestions, your ideas sound great, some cities in Arabia also would be nice, can't wait to see your next maps.
West Europe, maybe west Rome, or Britain, i would like to see maps containing Londinium, Camulodunum and other Roman settlements in Britain, i'm mostly familiar with late antiquity time 
See what you can do, what time and region would be easier for you to work on, then te outcome would be awesome!
