Boring title is boring. lol.

I've been practicing fox anatomy lately by referencing many stock photos of foxes here on DA. I'd like to improve on anatomy in general, as well as coloring with color pencil. If I did this over over I'd add more some neck fluff so he'd have a winter coat instead of a summer coat. He must be cold.

Wow I just love it!
Idea is simple but implementation is delightful!
I like your way to draw ears Paws too and again fluffy tail XD <3 I think that this delicate shading looks really beautiful On trees too ^^
But look at front paws :3 Shoulder is marked too low. Generally I don't see more mistakes ^^ Good job!

Thanks so much for your thoughtful comment! I used to not like drawing paws, but now I am beginning to enjoy them, now that I am getting better at it. Fluffy tails are fun to draw too. Shading is usually one of my favorite parts of a picture, I always enjoy it. Thanks for pointing out the front shoulder, I will be careful with that anatomy next time!

Wow, this is really good I like how you coloured his fur, very good job! As you already said, a little more fluffy fur would suit him well, as well as some whiskers. But anything else is just great You definetly improved!

Thanks! I'm having lots of fun with my color pencils. I forgot about the whiskers, I will put them (and more fluff) on my next fox!

He probably wishes he had more fur- It's freezing by the time the trees are bare.

He himself looks really good. There's two thing's I'm going to pick on, though- his snout and his ears.

His snout is pointed down a little too much- the snout doesn't follow the curve of the head down, it juts out, kind of.

His ears look okay, but to suggest that they have a part that goes down into the head, I'd arrange the fur a little differently, so it looks like it's framing the hole.

His paws, honestly, look amazing. And you're really good transitioning between the different colors.

Fox snouts are hard, as I've discovered. Make them too short or thick, and they look like a wolf, too thin and long, and it looks like they stuck their nose in a taffy puller. I see what you mean by the ear--it should have some more depth so that you can tell the ear is hollow inside, right?
