I did something similar, except with every single person who ever faved a piece of my work between June 7th, 2007, and June 7th, 2010 [link]
Except I didn't draw a picture with it, just dealing with over 3000 individual icons in there was enough work already.
(of course I wrote a computer program to help me sort things out. But it still was a respectable amount of work)
