I made, years ago from posterboard, the following halloween costumes for myself and family members... Robocop, The alien from "Alien"-complete with three foot long head and tail, Ambassidor Koch from Babylon Five, and a bruised and battered space armor outfit. THOSE took several months to make.

This is awesome.. you should remake out of foam sheeting and get some detailing on it... Regardless.. its pretty much the best cardboard thing i ever did see!

This reminds me of the King's Guard armor I recently made from cardboard. Yours is a bit better though.

Mine originally was supposed to be like air soft (secretly anyway my teacher suggested to make armor) armor then I was like: BASEBALL BAT. so now its about 10 layers in most areas. haha
