Hi, i actually don't understand if you hunt them legally why papers can't be fixed... It's not a hard thing
it takes some time but you able to sell to other countries with them.

In Belarus, the fox and the wolf does not need a license. They can produce any legal means. When I studied the question of how to obtain CITES, there were a few mandatory items:
- Hunting license (or something that can only be a hunter)
- Sale and purchase agreement
and a few other items that run is possible, but difficult. We have a thriving damn bureaucracy, so get some documents very difficult.
