SuichiTanaka 's Melanie - or rather, "Prisoner 714", just can't help but make things difficult.
She's sporting a nice tapewrap underneath that clear muzzle , just to be safe - as, of course, safety is always paramount in these institutions!

Credit to Plasma-dragon for the initial 3D hallway & cell model that I traced over, and SuichiTanaka for the prisonsuit design and the labels on it, plus LayerIndustries for the handles-sack style (which I then used on RE's Jill and Ada ).
