ArchAngel Raphael getting pulled down from behind by Dero.The angel was on watch but did not have his wings out, so Dero took the oppourtune moment to hop on his back, wrench at his throat and pull him to the ground.
Sneaky little bastard.
No, Dero is not a vampire or demon. I'm still in debate on making him a werehound (have been for a long while), so he's kept the ears, teeth, contortion-y parts, and hairy-ness.
This one is way simpler than the others, but I'm rather fond of it. Probably because their faces came out like I wanted, and Raphael's body ended up exceptionally better than I expected it to.
And now that I look at it again, Dero's kind of got a Bat Boy look going on in this. :/

I must agree that the look on Dero's face is just awesome. I love it. I also love the wonderful shading, you're SO good at shading. And this is probably a really weird thing to say, but the way you've drawn their hair came out so nicely that I could even imagine exactly what their hair would feel like.

Raphael's WTF face is fantastic. And I love the look of glee on Dero's.
The anatomy is exceptionally epic in this picture. The detail is just- well, the patience for those folds must have been high. They're gorgeous.

XD I'm glad I'd found that WTF-expression'd ref pic of Benicio Del Toro, otherwise Raph's face might not have come out as well!
And little Dero, just happy to be an asshat.
I think I like the anatomy the best in this one, at least on Raphael. His legs are especially pleasing to me as I was worrying the whole time that they'd come out disproportionate or something.
Ah, yes, the clothing folds..those took alot of time, but it's good to know that time spent was worth it.

I loved working on Raph's hair. Dero's hai wanted to annoy me, but I managed it.
XD I tend to over-exceed those details, but they must be included!
And manly men are the best. Shee-it, no warrior of God is gonna look like a ten-year-old girl.
