The thing I love about this zoo already (I wanna go someday!... and I hope I haven't said this before XD) is that the animals seem healthy. I look at the fox, and their winter pelts are so white, like they take care of them, their eyes look pretty clear, they don't look skinny, and they seem rambunctious and playful. I could tell all that just from your amazing photos!

many people say, that those polar foxes remind them of their dogs!

We have a wildlife calendar that calls the arctic fox the smallest wild canid (not sure in where). Point being the canid part means they're related to dogs so the resemblance makes sense.

Arctic fox is definitely not the smallest canid, it is a fennec fox

No, ZOO plans to build two big homes for two groups of polar foxes. But it is future - now the exhibit is not big enought, so males can not be kept with females, because they would have milions of cubs
so ZOO closed only two females with two males in separated enclosures behind the scene, so it is probably testing how to breed them
