He reminds me of an iceberg that's only momentarily underwater.... (well, he's a cetacean, he won't stay down forever ) the colors are sooo perfect here. A freshwater iceberg

Lunchi In reply to woxys [2009-11-17 22:54:28 +0000 UTC]

aw okay. Hum my budgies are very bad in a breeding mood. One female is too young to breed, so the other female is chased around by the two males. They are also fighting each other over the female. I can only let them fly around in different times and have to be careful... thats stress... But I got something from the vet to make the males calmer. I hope it will work.

woxys In reply to Lunchi [2009-11-18 11:23:29 +0000 UTC]

haha, so you have work to do I really hope they will feel better soon

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Lunchi In reply to woxys [2009-11-18 18:20:04 +0000 UTC]

yes thank you. It is frustrating. But today it worked quite okay. After letting them together without success, I parted Daisuke from the other 3 and locked him in the cage for some hours. In the evening I locked the pair up and let Daisuke fly with Conny. He is quite calm and relaxed now, whistling to himself Conny is playing on her own meanwhile.

Interesting legend about the males. At least they don't invite the girls home... or do they?

I think that the girl enters the river with him and both disappear...
