i think if you were to use a Rounded A in the font it would match better with the C and not look as jumbled.

It's a nice concept but very confusing. The shadows primarily make this confusing for me to understand though I do think that I know the concept you're trying to execute. The jumble of letters make me see babbles like "fek" and "cake" instead of the actual message.
