Wow..... I love her face and eyes. I can't decide if it's a photomanip - for the body, obviously not the hair or wings - or just a REALLY detailed painting.

This is a really lovely character. I adore the way her cheeks and the top of her shoulders seem to hint at freckles. The costume is great, and I like the purple streaks through the hair.
