Part 2 of 5Chelsea was second to be drawn. I intended it to be Sono but when I looked at her pose I had to change it to Chelsea. I knew I wouldnt put her in a skirt, So I gace her this instead, Whatever you wanna call em. I also added all her bells because thats a key feature in all of her outfits. Im keepign the green streek theme threw out the drawings.
