^^Jinks is from the "Pixie & Dixie and Mr. Jinks" segment from Hanna-Barbera's Huckleberry Hound Show, which features the daily antics of Mr. Jinks himself and his two meeces, Pixie and Dixie.
Despite a tag line of "hating meeces to pieces", Jinks was often friendly to them in some manner and still a very lovable and hillarious cat.
