NOTICE: This vector is NOT FOR SALE. Anyone who bought this as a deckmat, poster, mousepad, etc. have been ripoff.To commoderate the ending of 5D's, I will be making 5 vector arts for Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's starting w/ this one.
I was actually making 2 months ago even before 5D's ended but time & laziness got to me. Outline was quick to do & coloring was simple.
I had a hard time doing the wheels on Sai & coloring it on photoshop was no walk in the part either. I just made revisions from the original source as a last resort to make the wheels decent enough.
As for the background, while experimenting w/ various background, I accidentally used gradient & its as though this image was 3D modeled when you look at it in a distance so I stuck w/ it.

Oh, I meant use the pose and stuff. A friend of mine wanted me to draw aki on her d-wheel and that picture is the closest i can find with a good source. I'm throwing black rose dragon in the background and am almost finished, but yeah, just wanted to know...gotta make sure.

Yeah, I've found SAI is difficult to make perfect(-ish) circles with. :/ The curve tool isn't really that great for it.
But I think you did a good job with it; it looks clean and crisp, like any good vector. I actually did think it was a 3D model in my messages until I looked closer, so I guess the background accomplishes its purpose. XD
