Reminds me a lot of a logo from Scott Hanson, only real difference is that his logo is for Josiah Clothing.

Hmm...size doesn't appear to be a problem. I think this a very marvelous design and I enjoy it very much. I really like the texture you've used and the dynamic edges of the icon; the two tones adds a nice level of visual interest as well. I think you've done a wonderful job with this, it caught my attention right away in a great way.

It could be a little larger but the design is very good.
